Helping incredible young people actually feel that way
A little about me…
I believe in the resilience of the human spirit.
I believe we are designed to adapt to change.
I believe we are all constantly changing and we are much better at it then we think.
I’m a recovering anxious “good kid” who became a risk-taker, believer, and educator. I strive to disappoint people daily in the pursuit of unapologetic authenticity. I’m often failing, so you can, too.
I am passionate about people and I love my work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe growth and healing happen within authentic exploration of self with others. That is why I bring my whole self into the room and react with all of my real and authentic emotions. Therapy is a collaborative process, I show up for you so that you can show up for you. I have been in private practice since 2011 and I am humbled to be a part of every client’s very unique and spirited journey.

If you choose me as your therapist, we will discuss what is working for you so that we can continue to build on your strengths and establish where change could be most beneficial. Looking into your past lets us see how old patterns may currently be impacting your life and relationships. We will explore your thoughts and feelings in order to identify patterns, obstacles, gain new perspective, and begin to build the life that you want.
I will:
Offer unlimited empathy and compassion
Give you the time and space you need
Redirect you towards your strengths
Empower you to make the changes that you want, as soon as you are ready
Hold you accountable to the positive changes you make
